1. About Rudolf Ride
Rudolf Ride is a ride-hailing platform being developed in Ghana. The website is for information and enquiries only. It does not currently accept bookings or payments. Features visible in pilot app builds may change before public launch.
2. Ride requests and availability
Where access to a ride booking app is provided for testing or future operations, ride requests depend on available drivers and confirmation. An estimated fare is shown before a passenger confirms a booking. Actual service availability and any adjustments must be communicated through the applicable booking experience.
3. Payments
Fares are denominated in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Cash is the current default intended payment method in the pilot experience. Online payments through Paystack are not yet live. No payment may be made through this website. When digital payments become available, additional checkout terms will apply.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed in light of whether the ride was provided, the payment method, applicable fare details and the circumstances. Please see our refund and cancellation policy for how to contact us and what information to include.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate booking and contact details. Treat drivers and fellow passengers respectfully. Do not misuse the service, enter fraudulent requests, interfere with service operation, or engage in unlawful or dangerous conduct. Drivers must comply with applicable licensing, documentation and vehicle requirements.
6. Safety and limitations
We are developing account review, driver document verification and communication features. Participation in a pilot does not mean every safety feature has completed deployment. Emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency services.
7. Complaints and support
To report a ride issue or request assistance, email btngrudolf@gmail.com with the journey date, a short description and any relevant ride reference. Do not email payment card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents unless provided with an approved secure upload process.
8. Updates
These terms may be amended as Rudolf Ride moves from development to broader service availability. Material changes will be posted on this website.
