1. Who we are
Rudolf Ride is a Ghana-based ride-hailing service in development. This notice applies to our website and, where relevant, the Rudolf Ride passenger, driver and administration systems.
2. Information we may collect
When using our apps or contacting us, information may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination, trip status, messages, and device or app diagnostics. Drivers may be asked to submit identity, licence, vehicle and verification documents. If location access is granted, our apps may use location information to help with pickup, journey progress and driver matching.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate ride requests, connect drivers and passengers, provide journey updates, verify driver information, support users, protect accounts, resolve disputes and improve service reliability.
4. Service providers and sharing
Journey details may be shared with the assigned driver or passenger as needed to deliver a ride. Our technology providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, authentication, notifications and document storage. If digital payments become available, payment processing will be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information.
5. Location, messages and permissions
App functionality may require location and notifications. Your device settings can control permissions, although certain features may not function without them. In-app communications may be stored for service and support purposes.
6. Security and retention
We are implementing access controls and administrative safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security. We retain data for as long as reasonably needed for service operations, legitimate recordkeeping, resolving disputes and legal obligations, and review our retention practices as the platform develops.
7. Your choices

8. Children's privacy
Our services are not designed for use by children independently. Parents and guardians should supervise any journeys involving minors.
